Our Quality
Educating the next generation is a great responsibility. Here at 123 Breathe with me we take this very seriously, as they are our hope for a better world. Our lessons are grounded in neuroscience and have been studied for thousands of years. Each instructor has a background in either in education or mindfulness, giving students high quality instructors who love to work with children. Each lesson has been vetted by children and educators and the consensus is they love it! We are very proud of what we do and look forward to sharing this amazing experience with you.
